Frank Rijkaard has announced his 19-man squad to face Stuttgart in Tuesday's Champions League tie, with Ronaldinho and Rafael Marquez set to return to the side.
Ronaldinho has not played since September 16th's 0-0 draw at Osasuna, suffering from injury since then, while Marquez sat out the weekend drubbing of Levante as a precautionary measure.
Both could start at the Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion midweek, along with Gabi Milito, who has recovered from a knock sufficiently to make the group convened for the Germany trip.
Gianluca Zambrotta and long-term absentee Samuel Eto'o remain sidelined, however, and have been joined on the treatment table by Yaya Toure, who will miss one month of football due to a muscle injury.
Marquez, in fact, could potentially replace him in defensive midfield, but Rijkaard's thoughts on the matter are as yet unknown.
The 19 man squad in full:
Goalkeepers: Valdes, Jorquera.
Defenders: Oleguer, Milito, Puyol, Abidal, Thuram, Sylvinho, Marquez.
Midfielders: Xavi, Iniesta, Deco, Crosas.
Attackers: Ronaldinho, Messi, Henry, Bojan, Giovani, Gudjohnsen.
