The Former Juventus full-back has been linked with a return to La Vecchia Signora, as well AC Milan, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks.
While reports also suggest that Zambrotta had thought about quitting Camp Nou because his wife is homesick, those stories have been dismissed.
"I don't know anything of this interest," the player's agent, Marcello Bonetto, told skysports.com.
"I have absolutely no news on interest from either club.
"Gianluca will stay at Barcelona at least until June and then we will see.
"He has a contract until 2010 and I have not been told anything by Barcelona about any contacts."
Zambrotta joined the Blaugrana in 2006 when Juve were forcibly relegated to Serie B and was unable to help Frank Rijkaard's side to win a major honour last term.
This year he has not been a regular in the side due to a number of minor injuries and speculation has been rife that he could be allowed to leave.
